1) Wake up just 30 mins earlier than usual and use that extra minutes just for yourself with a 'NO MOBILE' motto. You could read a book, write a journal or jot a plan for the day.
2) Act on that one thing that you've always postponed.
3) Keep track of how you spend your time. Tracking time will make you realise the things you value and are important to you. Make changes if it doesn't reflect what you value.
